What’s the difference between Moissanite and cubic zirconium and
diamond?
Moissanite is also known as silicon carbide and is a naturally
occurring mineral found in limited quantities or as small particles.
It is a 9 1/4 on the Mohs hardness scale. Moissanite is guaranteed
to maintain its brilliance and fire for the lifetime of the owner.
Diamond is the only gem made of a single element:
carbon. It is a 10 on the hardness scale. Diamonds do not loose
their fire or brilliance over time.
Cubic zirconium is zirconium oxide (ZrO2), a mineral that is extremely rare in nature but is widely synthesized for use as a diamond simulant.
It is an 8 1/2 on the hardness scale. It can cloud or change color
over time.
How long does it take to receive my order?
On all orders that are in stock, they will be shipped out in 24-48
hours. Arthur’s will send out the order to you using UPS 2nd day
air. This is free of charge. For a nominal upgrade of $25 we will
send out your order UPS overnight.
Special orders can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

How do I determine my ring size?
If you do not know your ring size or the gift receivers ring size,
the standard ring size for women is size 7. For men the standard
ring size is size 10. Any jewelry store can adjust the size on a
ring for you or you can send the ring back to us for re-sizing free
of charge within 1 year of purchase. We do not suggest using paper
to measure your finger, as is not an accurate means for finding your
size. If you do not know your size and want to be certain, you may
visit your local jewelry store and be fitted for size. Most wider
bands such as Eternity Rings require that you buy a size up from
your normal ring size.
